Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Physician (MD/DO) to provide coverage at a busy Employee Health Clinic in Richburg, SC . This is a long-term 1099 independent contractor opportunity available through March 2027 .
The clinic is predominantly focused on Occupational Medicine , with a small amount of Primary Care. Providers should be comfortable managing workplace injuries, pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, and other occupational health services.

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active South Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Occupational Medicine experience required
- BAT (Breath Alcohol Technician) Certification required
- Drug Screening/Test Collection experience required
- Cority experience or training preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Treat work-related injuries and illnesses
- Perform DOT and non-DOT physicals
- Conduct pre-employment and return-to-work evaluations
- Review and interpret drug and alcohol screening results
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Collaborate with employers and clinic staff to support workforce health and safety
