Position: Traveling Associate Dentist

We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care within the community and help us create joyful experiences for both children and adults.   • Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.
Responsibilities
  • As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Our Practice Offers
  • DentaPro software for efficient practice management.
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced imaging.
  • Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care.
  • Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
  • A supportive team structure with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
  • Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A current, valid dental license in the states where care will be provided or eligibility for licensure.
  • Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
  • The willingness and ability to cover the following geographical areas:

  • Additional weekly income for traveling to various offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable).
