Travel Registered Nurse - ICU/ED/MSU (Days/Nights)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - ICU/ED/MSU for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Defiance, AZ.

Contract Details

• 8-12 hour Day/Night shift, but flexible to work other shifts, weekends and holidays, if needed.
  
• Start Date: 9/1/2026
  
• Contract: 13 Weeks
  
• Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
  
• Hourly Pay: $ 53.00
  
• Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  
• Weekly Total Pay: $ 2677.00
  
• Orientation: Traveler should report to Clinical Education, see welcome email for directions.
  
• Business casual/scrubs are ok.
  
• Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
  
• EMR Used: RPMS
  

** Reports daily to House Supervisor for assignment to specific unit. MUST BE FLEXIBLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress
  
• Administer treatments
  
• Identify changes in a patient’s condition and react accordingly
  
• Maintain patient records
  
• Complete paperwork necessary for patient transfer out of the intensive care unit
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  
• Pay package details provided upon offer
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 3 plus years experience (experience MUST include all three Emergency, Medical- Surgical/Pediatrics and Intensive Critical Care)
  
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Moderate Sedation ( Moderate Conscious Sedation may be obtained through the facility after confirmation ($100 - $200).
  
• Must have ACLS and PALS certifications.
  
• TNCC desired
  
• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
  
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
