Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment. Complete required job documentation. Provide feedback to assist in accurate costing and work scope development for rewind projects. Utilize manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best. Conduct preventive maintenance as required on equipment in your work area. Clean and organize the shop, as required to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervision. Requirements Able to perform all essential functions of the job. High school diploma or equivalent. Good hand/eye coordination. Understanding of electrical theory and strong mechanical aptitude/skills. Able to wear necessary protective equipment. Fluent in English (oral and written) Authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Valid driver’s license. Previous motor winding experience. Must be willing to work overtime, weekdays, and weekends to meet customer service requirements. Experience with rigging and lifting heavy loads, and operating overhead cranes. Forklift experience. Preferred Proficient in the use of precision measuring devices, such as micrometers and calipers, etc. Physical Demands The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
