This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high‑profile real estate transactions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in legal research, legal writing, project management, and excellent communication skills. They will provide legal counsel on a wide variety of real estate matters, manage projects effectively, and pay meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of real estate matters including leases, purchases, sales, property rights, zoning laws, and more. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to aid decision‑making processes. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all real estate transactions comply with state and federal laws. Manage all phases of real estate transactions, from initiation to closure. Represent the company in litigation and dispute resolution processes, when necessary. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring all parties are kept informed of any developments. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on real estate law. Proven experience in legal research and writing, and ability to draft and interpret complex legal documents. Exceptional project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and analytical mind, capable of identifying potential legal issues and risks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex legal information to non‑legal professionals.
