Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide assistance and travel guidance
• Review itineraries, confirm travel arrangements, and assist with updates or general requests
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures
• Follow up with travelers before departure to confirm details and answer questions
• Address client concerns professionally and escalate more complex matters when needed
