responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for all digital patient support service (PSS) programs.
• Direct horizon scanning and marketplace assessments to integrate external technologies into existing brand strategies.
• Inspire, coach, and manage a high-performing cross-functional team focused on operational excellence.
• Oversee new program launches within the PSS ecosystem, maintaining consistent tools, messaging, and cross-functional alignment.
• Evaluate and optimize program performance using advanced data analytics and key operational metrics.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• 12 to 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on patient support services or related commercial functions.
• Proven track record leading strategic digital transformation and customer experience initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational leadership and adaptability within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• MBA or advanced clinical degree.
• Experience leading large cross-functional commercial initiatives and robust knowledge of enterprise tech infrastructure.
