Reporting to the Vice President, Wholesale Account Services, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the overall efficiency of the allocation process. Key Responsibilities: Execute daily inventory allocationtasks in accordancewith established procedures. CollaboratewiththeInsideSalesSupportandDecorationOperationsManagerstoprioritizeand allocate products based on demand forecasts. Regularly audit and reconcile inventory records in NetSuite to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in allocated quantities. Assign decoration vendors to all orders receiving decoration. BuildandsenddailyreportsofpicksandorderswitherrorstotheInsideSalesSupportteam. CommunicateeffectivelywiththeWarehouse,InsideSalesSupport,andLogisticsteamsto understand product demand and inventory requirements. Collaborate with team members to addressallocationchallengesand ensuretimelyresolution. Ensure all customer routing guidelines and specific logistics details are met. AdheretoallEDIrequirementsforcustomersthatutilizethisfunctionality. Adhere to established inventoryallocationprocessesand guidelines. Assist in the Identification of process improvement opportunities. Bachelor’sdegreeinbusiness,SupplyChainManagement,orarelatedfield. 3+yearsofexperienceininventorymanagementorarelatedfield. Microsoft Excel Familiarity with inventory management systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
