The Department of Neurology at our organization is on the lookout for an outstanding Division Chief for General, Comprehensive Neurology. This role is pivotal in guiding our esteemed health system. Candidates must possess an MD or equivalent, be board certified in Neurology, and have the capability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania license. Proven leadership experience in managing a department, division, or clinical group is essential.

What We Provide

About the Leadership Role

• This position will operate under the guidance of the Department Chair and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations, overseeing all clinical operations within the division, scheduling, quality assurance activities, and participating in departmental and medical staff committees. You will also collaborate with technical managers to address issues and assist in faculty recruitment.
• Engagement in divisional and departmental budget planning, report preparation, and maintaining current web content for the division will be part of your responsibilities, along with active involvement in the annual performance evaluation process.
• Encourage and lead research initiatives within the General Comprehensive Neurology division.
• Oversee and coordinate educational programs in general neurology, including the APP Rapid Access in Neurology clinics.
