Plato's Closet in Huntersville, NC is looking for shift leads to join our team. We are located on 10035 Biddick Lane. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
- Promote and role model a culture of positive customer service to everyone, every day
- Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
- Train and develop new team members to company standard
- Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
- Motivate staff while working towards one goal
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
