Immediate Opening for a Mail Specialist on 2nd shift in Grand Prairie.

Join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key! As a Mail Specialist, you'll play an essential role in ensuring orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to meet customer expectations.

Shift Details: Training: 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:00 PM) for about 2-4 weeks Regular Schedule: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM Interview Required Pay-$17.00hr

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, count, and package orders according to customer specifications
• Organize and stage orders efficiently for shipment
• Assist in various warehouse functions as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Perform tasks as directed by Leads, Supervisors, or Management

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to meet production and quality standards
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, inventory systems)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
