  • Flexible schedule with 3 - 4 days per week; no call required
  • Low patient volume with 1 - 6 patients per day for high-touch, personalized care
  • Mostly in-office with some remote work flexibility
  • Focus on preventive, functional, and longevity medicine in a stress-free environment
  • Advanced diagnostics available including DEXA, VO2 Max, and neurocognitive assessments
  • Dedicated fitness coach and concierge staff support the care team
  • Experience in hormone optimization, nutraceuticals, and peptides strongly preferred
  • Board-certified MD or DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
