Cloud Engineer

Cloud Engineer (Java / Azure) – Credit Union Domain
Location: Atlanta, GA / Vienna, VA / Chicago, IL (Relocation Required) Rate: DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications (Spring Boot, batch processing).
- Deploy and manage applications on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create and present technical demos and documentation.
- Implement data modeling solutions using relational databases.
- Monitor and optimize application performance using Azure monitoring tools.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new and legacy technologies as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Java development, including Spring Boot and batch applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and deployments.
- Proficiency in API design, development, and best practices.
- Solid experience in RDBMS data modeling (SQL Server preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle client interactions.
- Strong learning mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving technology.
