What You'll Do

• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Minnesota
• Board certification or eligibility in Thoracic Surgery or Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Proven experience in thoracic and cardiac procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling demands
