JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Ninja Coach, you’ll teach fundamental ninja skills—think obstacle courses, agility drills, and strength conditioning. Step into our cutting-edge facility and inspire the next wave of young athletes with every leap and climb!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach ninja and gymnastics fundamentals, building strength, agility, and confidence
• Fire up the athletes with our Ribbon and Star Evaluation Program, pushing them to set and crush goals
• Lead classes with a sharp focus on safety, creating a positive space for every ninja to thrive
• Spark teamwork through creative games, turning every session into a fun, united mission
• Collaborate with mentors and leaders, soaking up guidance to grow your skills
• Show up consistently for your schedule, giving students the stability they need to succeed
• Live out the Barron Mission every day—making a difference, one swim at a time

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 50 lbs with ease to support studio needs
• Rely on sharp vision and hearing to keep every child safe
• Navigate uneven and soft surfaces with steady steps
• Move dynamically—stretching, bending, and squatting—with a strong range of motion
