Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Grand Junction, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Operating Room Nurse Location TBD. This position involves providing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in a clinical setting. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as performing health teaching and counseling to support patient well-being. Job Details Schedule: Rotating shifts, 3-12 hour shifts, variable hours, open to days/evenings; minimum 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: ASN degree from an accredited School of Nursing, current RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and 1 years of clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing; additional certifications relevant to the specialty are preferred. Responsibilities include performing clinical documentation, utilizing resources effectively, executing medical functions, conducting health data assessments, coordinating patient referrals, and monitoring treatment plans. Additional information: May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications, and on-call during scheduled shifts.
