Open Position: Bilingual Sales Professional, Mineral Wells, Texas

Responsibilities: Helping Customers achieve their Automotive needs

Assist customers in finding vehicles and products that satisfy their requests and needs. We're looking for individuals that will act with integrity and respect for customers, co-workers and managers.

Training available. (See Dealer for Details)

• Consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives
• Bring a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications* Available to work flexible hours

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
