Senior Corporate Attorney

Role Description:

This role is ideal for an experienced corporate attorney who enjoys advising business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors on corporate and transactional matters. The Senior Corporate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel on business formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and other complex transactions.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating operating agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents. The attorney will advise clients on compliance, risk management, and governance matters, collaborate with colleagues on complex transactions, maintain strong client relationships, support business development efforts, and mentor junior attorneys when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 8+ years of corporate law experience, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong experience with business transactions, entity structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and contract negotiation
• Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and provide practical business-focused legal solutions

Compensation:
