CNC Mill Machinist

Job Description Job Type: Full-time Overview Discflo™ Corporation leads the field in engineering pump solutions for hard‑to‑pump applications. Founded in 1982, the company has built a world‑wide reputation designing industrial pumps to solve some of the toughest pumping problems. We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified CNC Mill Machinist to join our production team. Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills. Set up, adjust, and operate all the basic machine tools and specialized/advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using basic knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and countersinks. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. Must be able to understand G and M code language, as well as basic program editing. Experience and familiarity with Fanuc control. Experience with at least 4‑axis machining (5‑axis experience is a plus). Knowledge and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T). Must be able to produce quality parts efficiently. Must be able to read basic blueprints and perform basic shop math. Must have a basic understanding of the machining process, including, but not limited to tooling, set‑ups, editing, speeds, feeds. Must be able to follow instructions and work with little supervision. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Salary $45,000 – $55,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Discflo Pumps
