Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership, helping guide them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening to their needs
• Work directly with fellow employees and customers to build lasting relationships and enhance the sales experience
• Explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits to prospective buyers
• Report regularly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, daily activities, and sales performance
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Participate in dealership training and sales meetings
• Provide a friendly and positive buying experience from start to finish

Requirements:

• High energy, enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when negotiating pricing or addressing objections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and math proficiency
• Interest in eventually mentoring new team members and working collaboratively in a team setting
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience a plus
