Job Details Job Type: Travel Registered Nurse Specialty: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Location: Youngstown, OH 44512 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour day shifts Shifts Per Week: 4 Hours Per Week: 48 Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,660 - $1,750 Start Date: ASAP Registered Nurse Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum Two (2) Years Bedside Clinical Experience highly preferred BLS certification required prior to first shift ACLS certification required prior to first shift Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered care setting Experience in long-term acute care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred LTAC Nursing Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team Provide timely updates for team conferences and patient re-evaluations Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the medical record Support patient rehabilitation efforts and promote positive outcomes in an LTAC setting Initiate discharge planning and patient education from day one Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate care team members Delegate and supervise ancillary nursing personnel appropriately Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment Contribute to a positive unit culture through teamwork, professionalism, and patient advocacy Why Consider This Travel Nursing Job?
