Project Specialist I, Rates and Regulatory Affairs

Accountabilities Ensure accuracy and timeliness of filings, maintaining a calendar of deliverables. Manage compliance filing database and track submissions. Coordinate, administer and optimize compliance and regulatory filings. Support regulatory applications and filings to obtain permits, licenses, and rate approvals. Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities. Liaise with regulators, commission staff, and industry forums to promote compliance. Assist with regulatory and rate‑making analyses and studies. Align regulatory compliance strategies with key functional areas. Review and interpret new local laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures. Maintain tracking and reporting system of active dockets, decisions, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain tariff management system in accordance with regulatory rules and version control. Education and Experience 2+ years of professional experience in project or process management roles.
