Responsibilities include: * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff. * Drive department profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. * Ensure customers receive clear communication regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance recommendations, pricing, and timelines. * Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the service process. * Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate service department personnel. * Establish department goals, budgets, and performance objectives while implementing strategies for continued growth. * Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSI) scores by resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally. * Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards. * Stay current on industry trends, manufacturer programs, and emerging automotive technologies. * Foster a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
