What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process in accordance with standards and regulations

• Delegate tasks and coordinate resources to ensure efficient patient management
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Support a positive environment that enhances patient satisfaction and team morale
• Uphold compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital/acute care setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in electronic health records and computer systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
