This is a travel position. You will be out of town Monday and return Friday every week. If you cannot commit to this schedule, do not apply.

We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and experienced  Construction Crew Leader to oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. This is a hands‐on leadership role—not a training position. Also, this is a paid hourly position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a construction crew on active job sites
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
• Maintain a clean driving record (required)
• Use construction management software to complete field audits and documentation
• Read and interpret schematics and project documents
• Conduct daily safety checks and enforce OSHA compliance
• Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable
• Identify issues early and resolve them to keep projects moving

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising crews on construction sites
• Strong background in construction management, quality control, and job‐site coordination
• Ability to read blueprints and manage day‐to‐day field operations independently
• Solid understanding of OSHA safety practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills

This Role Is NOT Entry‐Level DO NOT apply if:

• You do not have experience leading crews
• You cannot travel Monday–Friday
• You do not have a clean driving record
• You cannot read blueprints or manage job‐site tasks independently
• You are not comfortable enforcing safety and quality standards
