ARRT CT Technologist

Hospital setting-Full-time-Near Lagrange OH.

CT Tech Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate positioning and imaging techniques.
• Prepare and position patients for scans, providing clear instructions to ensure comfort and safety.
• Review patient history and medical records to ensure appropriate imaging protocols.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Ensure imaging quality by following protocols and adjusting techniques as necessary.
• Assist radiologists in interpreting images and reporting findings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and scan documentation.
• Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and yourself.
• Provide compassionate patient care, addressing concerns and answering questions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

CT Technologist Qualifications:

• ARRT certification.
• Ohio licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with CT imaging.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Prefer 3 years of experience in CT imaging.
• ODH license.
