Senior Product Designer (Fully Remote)

Design complex products for acute care settings, including mobile and desktop applications used by clinicians. Champion user-centered design in a fast-paced, high-stakes clinical environment. What You'll Do: Lead the end-to-end design process across iOS, iPadOS, Android, web, and native desktop applications. Turn complex clinical data and AI model outputs into intuitive interfaces that perform reliably under pressure. Build user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using AI tools and advanced prototyping methods. Who You Are: 6+ years of Product/UX Design experience shipping end-to-end products across web, mobile, and native desktop platforms. Deep expertise in Figma and modern research tools, with active contribution to shared design component libraries. Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders. Competitive salary range of $170,000 - $185,000 based on experience and geographic location. Additional incentives may include equity awards and short-term incentives.
