TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63110!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: Telemetry/step-down experience required EKG skills required Description: Position in Telemetry/Step-Down unit. Staffing ratios are 1:4-5. Requires every other weekend availability. No on-call requirements. Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs. Locals are not accepted within a 75-mile radius. Maximum of 7 days of requested time off allowed during the contract. Telemetry and step-down experience is required. Skills required include management of dysrhythmias, cardiac drips, and central line care. Equipment used includes cardiac catheters and EKG machines. Patient diagnoses may include CHF, arrhythmias, and heart valve disease. Special procedures performed on the unit may include cardiac catheterization and echocardiograms. Daily census averages around 32 patients. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy and pharmacy.
