Locations East Brunswick – 260 Rt18N, NJ08816 Edison – 2222 Route27 North, NJ08818 North Plainfield – 1210 U.S. Hwy22, NJ07060 Compensation A Technicians: $30.24–$42.46 hourly flat rate, includes a 30‑hour Billable Week Guarantee. B Technicians: $26.98–$37.90 hourly flat rate, includes a 20‑hour Billable Week Guarantee. C Technicians: $23.60–$36.70 hourly flat rate, includes a 20‑hour Billable Week Guarantee. Productivity Incentive Bonus: $250–$550 per biweekly paycheck. Typical Schedule Full‑time technicians work five days per week – typically Monday, Friday, and Saturday – with Sundays off each week and an additional day off during the week based on business needs. Responsibilities Accurately perform maintenance and automotive diagnostics/repair for engine performance, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical, and heating/AC systems. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical abilities to enable flexibility in work assignments. Qualifications Ability to repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance through previous experience. ASE certifications or Car Dealership certifications in automotive diagnostics/repairs preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (paid by AAA). Ability to lift up to 75lb and stand for prolonged periods. Valid driver’s license. Complete satisfactory pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position. Authorized to work in the USA.
