Dental Assistant

Full-Time - 32 hours - 4 days We are a patient-focused, quality-driven Privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Team Member who enjoys being an active part of patient care, treatment planning, and case acceptance. This is not an entry-level position . We’re looking for someone confident , proactive, and comfortable supporting both the doctor and patients through the treatment process. What You’ll Do: Provide skilled four-handed chairside assisting . Anticipate the doctor’s needs and help maintain smooth clinical flow. Support treatment plan presentation . Reinforce recommendations and help patients feel confident moving forward with care. Play an active role in treatment acceptance . Communicate clearly with patients and the front office. Maintain organized operatories and respect all equipment and systems. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of dental assisting experience . Strong communication and patient education skills. Someone comfortable on the phone and with ongoing phone training. Comfortable discussing treatment and answering patient questions. Calm, professional, team-oriented attitude. Reliable, accountable, and motivated to grow. EFDA or advanced experience a plus (not required). Compensation & Schedule: $22–$28/hour , based on experience. Full-time (approximately 32 hours/week ).
