This position requires 4 twelve-hour shifts from 9 AM to 9 PM, totaling 48 hours a week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Level 1 Trauma center. The role involves both scrubbing and circulating in operating room settings, particularly for orthopedic and neurological procedures. Notably, there is a system-wide Epic implementation during which no time off can be requested from September 1, 2026, to November 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to trauma patients.
• Assist in scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures.
• Utilize DaVinci robotics for surgical interventions, where applicable.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Three years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Experience in scrubbing and circulating is a plus.
• Level 1 Trauma experience is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in orthopedic and neuro surgeries is beneficial.
• Familiarity with DaVinci robotics is desirable.
