Responsibilities Maintain stability of fab process, specifically mixed signal process. Transfer new products and technologies from TSMC headquarters. Review daily WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test) and inline/offline abnormal signal; execute containment and preventive actions. Collaborate with fab engineering team to improve yield, WAT stability, and reduce process defects. Provide technical support to mixed signal customers. Requirements Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering and two (2) years of experience in a related position. Senior level Process Integration Engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable. Work Location & Schedule On‑site at 5509 NW Parker St., Camas, WA 98607, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required. Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis). Compensation and Benefits $122,000 - $172,895 per year (Principal Level). Eligible for a sign‑on bonus depending on various factors. Eligible for a relocation bonus depending on various factors.
