Assistant Manager: High-Volume, Chemical-Free Shop Help us maintain a positive, supportive culture! We need a licensed pro to assist in managing our busy shop. Earnings: Average $35/hr or more (including tips) through production pay and management incentives. Benefits: Great health/dental/vision and performance rewards. Training: Ongoing leadership and technical coaching provided. Schedule: Full-time. Weekend work is required. Active license required. Lead a team that thrives on growth and mutual respect.
