¡Avanti está buscando un Constructor de Paquetes/Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestra empresa en crecimiento!
Nuestra empresa está ubicada en Clarksville, Tennessee, EE. UU.

Resumen del trabajo
La persona debe tener un conocimiento general de las operaciones de la máquina y una buena atención al detalle. Debe ser capaz de levantar 65 lbs de manera regular, trabajar en un ambiente caluroso y tener conocimientos básicos sobre el funcionamiento de grúas. Tener experiencia básica en electricidad de 220 voltios y 480 voltios es un plus. Debe estar dispuesto a entender las operaciones del proceso de hilado y sus efectos. Conocimiento básico de reparación mecánica.
Horario: El horario típico es de lunes a viernes, se podría trabajar horas los fines de semana.
Salario : Comienza en $18-20 por hora.

Responsabilidades Básicas:
- Remover los paquetes del tercer piso.
- Instalar los paquetes en el tercer piso.
- Diagnosticar problemas con calentadores y sondas de temperatura.
- Limpiar y reconstruir los paquetes para el siguiente ciclo de mantenimiento.
- Remover e instalar las bombas de hilado.
- Limpiar y ensamblar las bombas de hilado.
- Trabajar con los ejes de hilado y cajas de engranajes.
- Uso de montacargas para mover materiales.
- Aprender el funcionamiento de un horno para quemar los paquetes, bombas y carcasas de filtros.
- Otras tareas de mantenimiento según se asignen.
Requisitos del trabajo:
- Debe tener un conocimiento general de las operaciones de máquinas y reparación mecánica básica.
- Se prefiere experiencia en mantenimiento.
- Debe estar disponible para ser llamado en emergencias de mantenimiento.
- Debe ser capaz de trabajar horas extra en los días del ciclo de mantenimiento.
- Debe tener movilidad total del cuerpo, que incluye doblarse, levantar y subir escaleras sin asistencia.
- Debe poder levantar 65 lbs.
- Debe ser capaz de trabajar con supervisión mínima.
- Debe ser capaz de conducir un montacargas o estar dispuesto a aprender.
- Debe poder seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas para procedimientos de mantenimiento.
- Debe estar familiarizado con herramientas eléctricas/baterías/neumáticas y herramientas manuales.
- Debe tener conocimientos básicos de informática.
- Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
