We are seeking a Senior Quantum Engineer – Cryo-CMOS Analog Circuit Design to design and develop critical analog building blocks for cryogenic control systems used in quantum computing platforms. This role sits within the quantum control team, which develops integrated control electronics that interface directly with quantum devices and enable scalable quantum systems. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and validation of high-performance CMOS circuits operating across room-temperature and cryogenic environments.This role offers hands-on, multidisciplinary work at the intersection of analog circuit design, system architecture, and experimental validation within a small, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of system development, drawing on system and block design concepts, simulations, experimental insights, program needs, and cross-functional input. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of industry experience in analog or mixed-signal design delivering complex systems, including 4+ years designing, simulating, and laying out CMOS analog circuitsDeep experience with analog and mixed-signal Electronic Design Automation tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso) and proficiency with scripting/programming languages and Linux-based development environmentsExperience designing analog building blocks such as Analog-to-Digital Converters, Digital-to-Analog Converters, Phase-Locked Loops, and Radio Frequency componentsFamiliarity with digital design and verification languages (e.g., Verilog/SystemVerilog) and signal integrity considerations in high-performance systemsExperience with cryogenic circuit design, low-temperature measurements, semiconductor behavior at cryogenic temperatures, and quantum device interfaces, including hands-on ASIC bring-up, characterization, and lab validation with system-level hardwareStrong communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills, with a track record of technical publications or internal reporting and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced research environments#Quantum #QuantumCareers #MDQCareers  Quantum Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
