Cardiac Anesthesiologist Opportunity

Newly increased compensation and PTO for a Cardiac anesthesiologist. $575K base salary and 10 weeks of PTO. Approximately 600 cardiac cases per year!

Our practice provides anesthesia services for over 44,000 cases a year.

Case Assignments: General surgery, bariatric, cardiac, ENT, urology, vascular, orthopedic (adult and pediatric), OB, gynecologic, spine neurosurgery, pediatric, and plastic surgery. Cardiac cases consist of on-and-off pump coronary cases, valve cases, robotic and ventricular assist devices.

Requirements: Responsibilities: Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department. Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures. Pre-anesthesia assessment. Obtains and/or verifies patient consent. Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient. Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition. Performance of clinical intervention as needed. Requirements: M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine. TEE proficiency is required. Completion of Cardiac Fellowship. ECFMG and FLEX. Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia. Currently licensed as a Physician.
