You will work under general supervision to collect, analyze, and maintain data that informs customer, product, and sales organization reporting. What You’ll Work On Assist Sales Performance Analysts with managing organization realignments and restructures. Analyze stakeholder product reporting requirements and recommend data hierarchy structures. Execute recommendations and ensure requirements are met. Perform proactive audits to maintain master data accuracy. Ensure accuracy of customer master, sales organization hierarchy, and product hierarchy. Resolve issues with IT and other stakeholders, identifying root causes. Communicate material changes to maintain reporting integrity. Manage Pulse security, validate requests, complete security forms, and audit compliance. Maintain and update USD Sales Maps. Identify and act on process improvement opportunities. Follow departmental policies and suggest improvements. Generate ad‑hoc master data reports for management and internal customers. Process territory alignment requests and ensure timely changes. Provide leadership and mentoring to teammates. Stay current on developments in the field and technology advancements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data or sales analyst (or equivalent). Prior experience at a medical device company or sales organization is preferred. Demonstrated written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational, and follow‑up skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Business Objects. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross‑division business unit model. Compensation Base pay range: $68,000.00 – $136,000.00.
