Job Description

TRC Talent is looking for Pickers/Packers for a Project in Marietta

Our client, a growing medical products company in Marietta, is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with a special pick/pack project. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 810 weeks, with the possibility of extension as additional projects are awarded. Exceptional performers may also be considered for future full-time opportunities within the organization.

Job Details:

$15.60/hour
1st & 2nd Shift Available
- 1st - 7AM-3:30PM, M-F
- 2nd - 3PM-11:30PM
OT available!
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Project Duration: 810 Weeks (Potential for Extension)

Job Responsibilities:

Pick and pack medical products accurately according to order requirements
Prepare items for shipment while maintaining quality standards
Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of consistency and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow company procedures and productivity expectations

Job Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shift
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse duties for extended periods
