**Required Experience:**- ICU experience required.- Titration of Vesicant Meds.- Familiar with Pressors, Sedation, Paralytics.- Experience with Vents, Trachs, telemetry interpretation.- Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation.**Preferred Experience:**- ECMO, LVAD, Cath lab recovery capable.**Certifications:**- None required, but CCRN recommended.- CCRN, IABP, Impella, and CRRT appreciated.**Advanced Skills Needed:**- Desirable skills include IABP, Impella, CRRT.**Requested Skill Set:**- Titration of Vesicant Meds.- Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, Paralytics.- Experience with Vents, Trachs, telemetry interpretation.- Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation.- Cardioversion, EGD, Bronchoscopy, Chest Tube insertions, Pericardiocentesis, Thoracentesis.**Dress Code:**- No pullovers or hoodies, no green scrubs except when uniform is soiled at work.- Must adhere to uniform colors: all navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white.**Scheduling Requirements:**- 36 hours/week.- Alternating weekends.- 12-hour shifts.**Additional Notes:**- Travelers float to all areas.
