Description Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNA to join our growing team! Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, atthe former home of Sandee's Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Landmark of Fridley is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today Shifts Available: Full Time/Part Time AM (7am-3pm), Part Time PM (3pm-11pm) every other weekend included. HHA Wage: $17-$22 CNA Wage: $19-$24 Shift Differential: PM: Extra $1/hr NOC: Extra $2/hr Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
