HCM Support Analyst

Salary: $88,000 - 128,000 per year Requirements:

• We need someone who can complete assignments independently and add meaningful value.
• We are looking for familiarity with basic IT, HR, and business process terminology.
• We value strong troubleshooting ability, using logic and sound judgment to work through problems on your own.
• Experience in HR and payroll support is preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other ERP/HCM cloud platforms is preferred.
• Experience working on a support team using ITSM tools is preferred.
• We expect proficiency with Office 365 and Teams.
• Experience supporting IT or business applications is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation, SAP, AWS, or related certifications are desired.
• An associates or bachelors degree in an IT-related field is preferred.
• We are looking for someone who is analytical and enjoys researching solutions.

• We provide frontline support to our clients, employees, and contractors.
• We handle incoming support requests by phone and email.
• We troubleshoot HCM and related IT and HR systems, including time and attendance, onboarding, payroll, and policy support.
• We deliver practical solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service and strong client engagement.
• We offer general process guidance and payroll assistance aligned to client policies.
• We help onboard client new hires by guiding them through system navigation and policy questions.
• We prioritize, coordinate, and resolve support requests efficiently in line with SLAs.
• We keep clients updated on support status proactively.
• We escalate issues or involve additional resources when needed to reach resolution.
• We document client interactions and troubleshooting steps in our ITSM system.
• We contribute to the development and documentation of support solutions for our knowledge management base.
• We serve as a frontline representative for our IT service desk organization.
