Event Planner

Overview We’re looking for a Senior Code Event Planner to lead and assist various operational activities of key Code Cross-Functional moments such as Global/Geo Pivot, Seasonal Investment Review and others. This role supports the Global and Geo Code Moments leads to successfully execute the objectives of each moment. Responsibilities Lead and assist various operational activities of key Code Cross-Functional moments such as Global/Geo Pivot, Seasonal Investment Review and others; support the Global and Geo Code Moments leads to successfully execute the objectives of each moment. Coordinate with multiple partners to find feasible schedules for executive meetings; organize attendees, agendas and projects as needed. Plan meetings including invitations, room reservations, and coordinating logistics (e.g., AV); manage vendors and creation of Purchase Orders. Assist management of attendees, agendas and projects as needed; plan catering and coordinate optimal schedules with key stakeholders. Organize social events as part of Code Moments efforts.
