Case Manager - RN - FT
Full Time Position. The RN Case Manager is responsible for organizing, facilitating and evaluating the care options to best meet the patient's mental, physical and emotional health. The case manager acts as an advocate for the patient's needs, identifies providers, communicates with insurance agencies, ensures services meet the patient's needs, reviews patient benefits, and advocates that hospital services are cost-effective and protect patient's benefits. Must be Registered Nurse with current RN license through the Texas Board of Nursing.
