Primary Responsibilities:

• Animate and edit full show packages for live events - opens, transitions, title sequences, looping backgrounds, etc.
• Storyboard and develop concepts for various unique motion content pieces.
• Animate, design, concept, and edit short-form content pieces.
• Properly navigate compression and format needs for live broadcast, web, email, etc.
• Produce a variety of digital and print products such as social media graphics, fact sheets, event materials, Microsoft PowerPoint templates, logos, storyboards, infographics, and website assets.
• Retouch logos and photographs
• Create, edit, and modify computer graphic presentations
• Layout and design for corporate and client documents
• Follow established brand guidelines and provide creative input on future iterations.
• Implement client-tailored design strategies for web, social media, digital, and print products.
• Research and suggest innovative design approaches where appropriate.
• Collaborate with multiple project teams on communications campaign planning.
• Meet regularly with the contract team; attend client meetings as requested.
• Create accessible products in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
• Maintain a graphics tracking system and quality control process.
• Provide input on monthly reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A diverse portfolio demonstrating a passion for great design, contemporary digital marketing, and a mastery of online visual communication for product and branding, including examples of compelling email design and motion graphics.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field of study
• Minimum of 1-3 years as a graphics or video specialist or related position.
• In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Express, and After Effects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including PowerPoint; and Mac OS.
• Demonstrated experience in translating messaging to clear, visually compelling graphics.
• Superior design skills, with an ability to tell a story visually in a wide variety of styles and aesthetics.
• Ability to adapt to various company brands and represent each in their voice and style.
• Outstanding typographic and layout skills.
• Capacity to fully comply with Section 508.
• Ability to self-direct multiple tasks according to project priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
