The Torchy's legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with an idea, a dedicated executive chef and a food trailer. Today, Torchy's Tacos operates across the country, all with the determination to deliver on our "Damn Good" food promise.

Here's What We Need

The Creative Producer brings the Torchy's brand to life through video and photography across digital, social, in-store, and campaign channels. Working closely with the creative and social media teams, the role centers on shaping and executing content that captures the energy, personality, and crave-ability of the brand — from concept development and pre-production planning through on-set execution and final delivery.

From quick iPhone shoots for social to a large-scale campaign with a full crew, comfort managing every stage of production matters. You will plan shoots, coordinate vendors and talent, manage contracts and logistics, assist with creative direction, and make sure every photo and video asset shows off Torchy's food, people, and restaurants at their best.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creative Concepting — You will collaborate with the creative and social teams to brainstorm and shape how ideas come to life visually through video and photography.
• Producing Shoots — You will plan and produce shoots, directing on set and coordinating budgets, schedules, vendors, and talent for productions of every size.
• Content Development — You will shoot and develop photography and video for recurring needs like monthly food photoshoots, along with content for the website, social, and campaigns.
• Trend Awareness — You will keep a strong pulse on cultural, design, and industry trends, translating what's emerging into on-brand creative that keeps Torchy's current and distinctive.
• Cross-Functional Partnership — You will work with marketing, culinary, operations, and field teams to make sure creative execution supports broader brand and business goals.
• Asset Management — You will organize and maintain the marketing department's photo and video asset library.
• Additional Responsibilities — You will perform other duties as assigned to support the team and the company's success.

• Brand Stewardship — Every shoot is a chance to reinforce the brand's strategy and personality, and doing that well means partnering closely with creative and social teams to keep that connection front and center.
• Adaptability — Needs shift often, so being able to adjust approach and scope easily is essential.
• Ownership — Seeing a project through from concept to final delivery requires taking responsibility for the outcome at every stage.
• Organization & Time Management — Multiple projects and deadlines run at the same time, and staying organized keeps everything on track.
• Clear Communication — Coordinating vendors, talent, and internal teams depends on setting expectations clearly and keeping everyone aligned.

QUE-SO... Here's What We Need

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-6 years of photography and video production experience, preferably with restaurant, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Demonstrated experience directing and managing shoots ranging from small, quick-turn projects to large-scale productions
• A portfolio demonstrating strong, craveable food-focused photography and video work

Preferred Qualifications

• An established network of trusted crew members, production partners, and on-camera talent
• Experience producing content specifically for restaurant, food, or hospitality brands

Familiarity with social-first content trends and platform-specific production needs.
