Position Overview

Senior-level OR Tech role focused on:

• Complex/high-risk surgeries
• Lead scrub responsibilities
• Specialty surgical expertise
• Mentorship and OR leadership support

Key Responsibilities

• First scrub during advanced surgical procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs during operations
• Maintain sterile field vigilance
• Handle advanced instrumentation/equipment
• Assist in second scrub role when needed:
• • Sponging
  • Suctioning
  • Camera handling
  • Retracting
• Support adolescent, adult, and geriatric surgical patients

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 1+ years OR Tech experience required
• MUST have:
• • Endovascular experience
  • Hybrid vascular room experience
  • Wire procedure experience

Specialty Expertise Required

Must be competent as lead scrub in:

• Robotic Surgery
• Total Joints
• Neuro/Spine
• Burn Surgery
• Vascular Surgery

Preferred Background

• 2+ years' experience in similar-sized facility

• Graduate of accredited CORT program

Certifications

Required upon hire:

• CST (NBSTSA)
  OR
• TS-C (NCCT)

BLS

• Within 30 days of hire

Compensation

Salary Range

• $27–$37/hr
• CV-certified candidates may earn:
• • Up to $45/hr depending on experience

Additional Pay

• Nights Differential:
• • +$3/hr
• Weekend Differential:
• • +$3/hr
• On-Call Pay:
• • +$3/hr

Bonus & Relocation

• Sign-On Bonus:
