Plant Maintenance Mechanic, CMMS Specialist — Commerce, OK Role Snapshot

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Availability: On call 24/7 to address urgent maintenance concerns
Environment: Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external vendors

Core Responsibilities

Repair and maintain industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Perform scheduled and ad-hoc inspections to spot issues early and resolve them promptly.
Respond to maintenance tickets from various departments with urgency and professionalism.
Fabricate, assemble, and install components and parts as needed.
Leverage a CMMS to manage work orders and document all maintenance activities.
Collaborate across teams to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Strengths

Proficiency in metal fabrication and part installation using diverse shop tools and equipment.
Working knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance documentation best practices.
Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving capability.
Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Technical expertise coupled with leadership abilities and a passion for service excellence.
