Registered Nurse

Position Details Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour. Position: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery and Post‑Partum. Location: Highland Park, IL. Full time, 36 hours per week. Hours: 19:00–07:30, with weekend rotation. On Call: per unit requirements, 12 hours per 6‑week schedule. Required Travel: Float to Post‑Partum Evanston Hospital. Sign On Bonus: $25,000 eligible for candidates with 18 months of LDRP experience. Responsibilities Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Pediatric Unit. Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high‑quality patient experience. Qualifications Graduate of a NLN‑accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred. BLS/CPR certification for the healthcare provider required (American Heart Association). Current professional nursing licensure in the state of Illinois required. 1 year of acute‑care nursing experience or 1 year labor‑and‑delivery/post‑partum experience preferred.
