Description
We're looking for a skilled PRN Speech Therapist to join our home health team. If you're independent, organized, and ready to make an impact - this is a great opportunity to work flexible hours while doing meaningful clinical work in the field.
What You'll Do:
- Complete in-home speech evaluations and treatment
- Build customized care plans based on patient needs
- Help patients improve speech, swallowing, and cognitive communication
- Work closely with Nurses, PTs, OTs, and Aides
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- Active Colorado SLP license
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- CPR certified
