ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is currently a small, close-knit team of two team members plus myself. I’ve been with State Farm since 2007, bringing years of experience and a strong passion for helping customers protect what matters most.

I’m currently continuing my education through The American College of Financial Services and enjoy staying active with fitness and nutrition. Our office is dog-friendly, and my English Bulldog, Maverick, is part of the team and helps create a welcoming environment. I’m a very involved and supportive leader who enjoys helping others grow and succeed. We stay connected with our community by sponsoring Ross Township Community Days and McCandless Township Community Days each year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandy Farrow - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
